The Bas Rutten's Meta Hooligans Scholarship is an annual scholarship for the most promising and deserving young people in the world. Bas Ratten is a proud supporter of the Hooligans fight club. In his illustrative career, Ratten has paved the way for future generations who hope for mixed martial arts.

Bas became the UFC heavyweight champion, three-time King of Pancrase world champion and finished his career with an undefeated streak of 22 fights (21 wins, 1 draw). We are proud to name the annual Meta Hooligan Scholarship after him.
